Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all hangtags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
