  • Hasport EGLH Stock Replacement B-Series Left Hand Mount - 92-95 Civic & 93-97 Del Sol

Left side of your engine bay clunking every time you get on and off the throttle? On a car this age, that's almost always the factory left hand mount, and it's the one that takes the worst beating. It's a fluid-filled rubber mount that's been holding your B-series in place for 30 years, and once it tears or collapses, the engine starts rocking around and everything downstream feels sloppy. This Hasport EGLH puts a stop to it, with your choice of urethane so you decide how firm you want the car to feel.

What A Dead Left Mount Is Costing You

Here's what's actually happening. The left hand mount is what holds the timing belt side of your engine steady, and your factory one was never built to last three decades. When it goes soft or tears, the engine moves under load, and you feel it as clunks on throttle transitions, vibration through the chassis, and shift quality that's gone vague. Worse, all that movement is pulling on your axles and your other mounts, so one tired mount slowly beats up the parts around it. Hasport's replacement uses their no-tear polyurethane instead of fluid-filled rubber, so it holds the engine where it belongs and keeps holding it.

    Pick Your Durometer

Four stiffness options, so you match the mount to how you actually drive the car. Softer rides nicer, stiffer holds the engine tighter and passes more buzz into the cabin:

    • 62A, street and daily. The softest, and the right call if the car sees real miles. A big step up in control over dead stock rubber without punishing you on rough roads.
    • 70A, street with occasional track. A bit firmer for a car you drive hard on weekends but still commute in. Tighter power transfer, a little more feedback.
    • 88A, track and competition. Built for dedicated track cars. Maximum engine stability, and the vibration increase is real, so it's not one for a daily.
    • 94A, full competition. The stiffest urethane Hasport makes, for cars that live at the track or strip. Tightest possible control, and you'll feel everything.

Rule of thumb: daily it, 62A. Weekend fun, 70A. Track car, 88A. All-out race build, 94A.

Important: You Need The Two-Bolt Block Bracket

Read this before you order, because it's what trips people up. This mount is for B-series engines running a two-bolt block bracket. That bracket is the engine side piece that bolts to your block and gives this mount something to attach to. So the mount alone isn't the whole story, you need the matching bracket on the engine.

If your engine is missing that bracket, or it's damaged, or you're piecing a swap together from parts, grab the Hasport P30BB block bracket along with this mount and you'll have both halves. And take two minutes to actually look at your block before ordering, plenty of D16 engines came with a three-bolt bracket, and this is a two-bolt B-series mount. Counting bolts now beats a return later.

    Built By Hasport

Hasport's been building Honda-specific mounts in the USA since the early 90s, and they're what you find under everything from clean street builds to podium time attack cars. This mount is designed with CAD/CAM so it drops into the factory location and puts the engine exactly where it should be, no drama, and it works with both manual and automatic transmissions. It's backed by Hasport's warranty with our support behind it.

    What You Get

    • Hasport EGLH stock replacement B-series left hand engine mount
    • Choice of durometer: 62A, 70A, 88A, or 94A
    • No-tear polyurethane bushing that replaces the worn factory mount
    • Direct fit in the factory location, CAD/CAM designed
    • For B-series engines with a two-bolt block bracket
    • Works with manual and automatic transmissions

    Fits These Cars

    • 1992-1995 Honda Civic with a B-series engine and two-bolt block bracket
    • 1993-1997 Honda Del Sol with a B-series engine and two-bolt block bracket

Note: Hasport EGLH stock replacement left hand engine mount for the 1992-1995 Honda Civic and 1993-1997 Honda Del Sol with B-series engines. This mount replaces the worn or damaged factory left hand mount and uses Hasport's no-tear polyurethane bushing to reduce engine movement and improve stability; stiffer durometers hold the engine tighter but transfer more vibration into the chassis. Available in 62A (street), 70A (street and occasional track), 88A (track), and 94A (full competition). CAD/CAM designed for direct fitment in the factory location, and compatible with manual and automatic transmissions. This mount is intended for B-series applications using a two-bolt block bracket and requires that bracket on the engine side; the Hasport P30BB block bracket is available separately. Many D16 engines use a three-bolt block bracket, so verify your block before ordering. One mount per order.
